For the Love of Pasta

You know how much I love pasta and how much I love to make it at home! Pasta fresca (fresh pasta) is a great way to elevate your Italian cooking. Once you get the hang of it, it’s simple to make. The taste and the texture add so much to your pasta dish and when it’s made with love, there’s nothing better!

I am happy to share with you that I am going to offer a live pasta workshop this summer. I’ll be teaching you how to make a few kinds of pastas. You’ll be able to join me live and make pasta alongside with me or simply take notes and try making it on your own after the workshop.

In the Workshop we will cover:

  • How to use that dough for 3 kinds of pasta shapes

  • How to make fresh eggless pasta dough

  • How to use that dough for 3 kinds of pasta shapes
